PeerGuardian 2 integrates support for multiple lists, list editing, automatic updates, and blocking all of IPv4 (TCP, UDP, ICMP, etc), which makes it the safest and easiest way to secure your privacy on P2P.
PeerGuardian 2 is Open Source, which means that the app code is available online for anybody who wants it. Does this permit you to make alterations or even branch off to your job, but it promotes peer evaluation of the code ensuring any bugs have been removed quickly. Since PeerGuardian 2 is Open Source, you may rest assured there are no backdoors or spyware included.
